Shelly was a wonderful homemaker who enjoyed watching crime TV, was an avid reader, and later in life was an accomplished oil and water painter. Above all Shelly loved spending time with her children and her grandson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her father, Tony Stroder; daughter, Emilie Nicole Stroder and husband, Kedric Cole; son, Keinan Stroder; daughter, Nevaeh Haelan Bertrand; son, Kaedyn Knoxx Bertrand; son, Kyler Rass Bertrand; son, Daegyn Steil Bertrand; grandson, Zaia Cole; life companion, Donald Bertrand; brother, Shawn Stroder; sister, Dana Stroder; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Shelly's wishes were to be cremated and cremation was entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh.
