She leaves behind her son, Eric Fruge, and her sister, Vernadine Leonard.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Grady Fruge; her sisters, Theresa Ardoin, Mary Fontenot, Georgia Ardoin, and Annabelle Fontenot; her brothers, Robert Ardoin, Julian Ardoin, Jules Ardoin, Joseph Ardoin, Albert Ardoin, Jr., and Raymond Ardoin; and her parents, Albert and Anna Ardoin.
The family will welcome friends for a brief visitation at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh at 10 AM on Saturday, September 14, 2024 until the time of the graveside service at 11 AM at Ardoin Cove Cemetery.
