Billie’s family was her greatest joy. Deeply family-oriented, she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and loved ones. Her love was steady and unconditional, and the memories she created will remain a treasured part of her family’s hearts.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Wesley Rowlett, Charles Nunn, and Casey Nunn; her grandchildren, Tiana, Wesley II, Michael, and Michelle; and a great-grandchild who is expected to join the family. She is also survived by her sisters Sue and Viola, and her brother Albert along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Billie was welcomed into eternal peace by her beloved husband, James Daly; her sons, Jack Rowlett and Rickey Rowlett; her grandson, Colton; her parents Paul Jack Sr. and Mabel Hanks; and her brother Paul Jack Hanks Jr. Though their absence was deeply felt, there is comfort in knowing they are reunited once more.
Billie will be remembered for the love she gave so freely and the lasting place she holds in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
