

Celina Mata, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, entered the gates of Heaven on 12/29/24. Her unwavering love for her family and deep devotion to the Lord were at the core of her life, shaping the many ways she touched the lives of those around her.
A woman of faith, Celina lived her life as a testament to her trust in the Lord. She found joy in attending church, studying scripture, and sharing God’s word with others.
Celina had a zest for life and a variety of hobbies that showcased her creativity and passion.
Celina’s legacy of love, faith, and compassion will forever be cherished by her family and friends.
Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, we take comfort in knowing that she is now in the arms of her Savior, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.

Rest in peace, dear Celina. You are loved beyond measure and missed beyond words.
Celina is now reunited with her husband Ramon Luna, her parents Saul and Mary Ellen Mata and her sister Ann Marie Mata.
Left to cherish her memory is her sister Ericka Julie Carranza and her half sisters Lupita and Sylvia Mata,.
A burial of ashes will be scheduled on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Highland Memorial Park at 2:00 PM.
