

Minister David Rangel, 55, a faithful servant of God, entered into the presence of the Lord on April 5, 2026. Born in Harlingen, Texas, he answered the call to ministry at the age of 21 and devoted the next 33 years of his life to preaching the Gospel, teaching the Word, and discipling souls for Christ.
Minister Rangel was a passionate Evangelist, a prolific Teacher, a devoted Pastor, a Spiritual Father, Mentor, Counselor, and Scholar of Biblical Studies. Known as a true General of God, he had a rare and powerful gift for breaking down the Word of God into simple, life-changing truths that could be understood and applied by all. His love for teaching was evident, yet he carried a pastor’s heart—deeply compassionate, guiding, and steadfast in faith.
He faithfully pastored Faith World Church alongside his beloved wife, Doris Rangel. His congregation was his pride and joy, and he poured his life into nurturing, guiding, and uplifting each member. Through David Rangel Ministries, he extended his reach beyond the walls of the church, impacting countless lives through his voice, wisdom, and revelation shared via his podcast on Spotify and his YouTube channel.
Minister David Rangel’s life was marked by an unwavering commitment to prayer, tireless service, and a deep love for God’s people. His legacy is one of faith, dedication, and transformation—touching countless hearts and leaving an enduring impact on all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Doris Rangel; his mother, Guadalupe V. Rangel; and his father, the late Roberto Rangel. He leaves behind his cherished daughters: Elizabeth Marie Rangel, Mary Ann Rangel, Amanda Marie Rangel, and Davina Diana Rangel. He is also survived by his stepsons: Juan Pedro Míreles Jr. (Maggie), Rick Míreles, and Marc Anthony Garcia.
His legacy continues through his beloved granddaughters: Katelynne Annette Garcia, Emma Marie Castro Rangel, Chaylie Grace Míreles, and Olivia Faith Míreles. He is also survived by his siblings: Jonathan Rangel (Lucy) and Aseneth Sanchez (Xavier), and was preceded in death by his brother, Jonathan Rangel.
Minister David Rangel lived a life fully surrendered to God, walking in His Word with purpose, faith, and unwavering devotion. Though he is no longer with us, his teachings, his love, and his example will live on in the hearts of many.
