I met Eric when he moved to Chicago and had the opportunity to both work with him and become good friends. Eric was very intelligent and a talented engineer who was great to work with. Eric taught me how to brew beers and made several together, along with several of his recipes he shared with me. We had so much fun hanging out with him. He will be truly missed.

The first time that I ever heard of Eric is while I was enjoying one of his amazing pasta dishes. That’s been years but I still talk about it to this day. I later learned about all of his other talents and accomplishments as Elaine and I grew closer. Although those lists are pretty long, I would say that his contributions as a father are what shine the brightest. Elaine and Eric raised 2 exceptional, smart , wonderful young men. One will be headed to college soon where we all know he will do great. The other one is proudly serving his country in the military. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thanks Eric. May God Bless your soul.

Tio Eric always took the time to share a joke or a game with his nieces. Lili and Nena loved him and will miss him very much.
