He was a member of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam Theaters. Many knew him from his favorite hobby - photography; George was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns Fan.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 37 years Odilia (Gonzalez) Miller and his daughter Crystal Rubi Miller. He is also survived by his brother Rolando Miller, and sister Yoli De La Garza.
He is preceded in death by his brother Wilfred Miller.
Family will receive friends during Visitation Services on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home (6705 N FM 88 , Weslaco, TX), with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Weslaco, TX. The Interment will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 1:00 pm at The Rio Grande Valley Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX.
