Gianna is survived by her parents Ivan and Jessica Marin, her siblings Ivan Jay Marin, Jacob Marin and Sofia Giselle Marin. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles Jeni Vela (Rafael Antonio Arriaga), Jayme Vela (Andrew Gonzalez) and Gina Vela (Alejandro Belmares); her maternal grandparents Armando and Socorro Vela and her paternal grandparents Maria Marin and Jesus Marin† along with numerous cousins.
A visitation for Gianna will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78596. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 210 Watts, Progreso, TX 78596, followed by the interment at 11:00 AM at Vela Family Cemetery.
