We love you so much, we wished you would have stayed with us longer. But We understand you had to move on from this world. we don’t want to accept that we will no longer see your face or get to give you a big bear hug,, or that you will no longer be sending us your messages of encouragement and uplifting quotes. I am so happy to have you as an older brother... even though you are gone your legacy will live on forever, you will always be very present in every single moment of our lives.. the comfort I have now is that you are at peace, you are no longer hurting, you are free and have been reunited with your best friend (grandpa). Neo, Marissa and I love you so much. Can’t wait to see you again. To be reunited once again... I LOVE YOU so much.. and Miss you like crazy. ❤️❤️❤️ This is not my goodbye “see you later” mi Jesse. 🙂

Biography

On Friday July 24, 2020, Jesse Compean, a loving son, brother, partner and friend, passed away at the age of 44 at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen, Tx.
Jesse was born on October 24, 1975 and was raised by his loving mother, Maricela Compean and his grandparents Jose and Oralia Compean.

Jesse was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served as a missionary in New York. He was the most humble, loving and compassionate man who lived a life of serving others and always sought to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was known for his wonderful sense of humor, his radiant smile and room-filling laughter.

Jesse's life would seem too short to many who knew him, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. When facing some of the strongest battles, Jesse gave words of hope, encouragement and reminded us of the preciousness of life. His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, he will be loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

"The purpose of God's creations and of His giving us life is to allow us to have the learning experience necessary for us to come back to Him, to live with Him in eternal life"
