Missy Lorraine Garcia, 39, of Weslaco, Texas, passed away on September 27th, 2025. She was born to Eban Leo Garcia and Irene Elizabeth Cuellar on May 26, 1986, in McAllen, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Missy graduated from McAllen High School and went on to get her bachelors in Business Management from the University of Texas Pan American. She met the love of her life, Blake Herold, in 2009 while attending college. Missy’s world was Blake and their beautiful “Red Head” daughter Kate.
She is survived by her husband, Blake Stuart Herold; her daughter, Kate Elizabeth Herold; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Missy will be remembered for her fun nature and the smiles she put on so many faces. She loved nature and animals and would volunteer at the local animal shelter. Missy was also a CCD teacher for the youth. Her true passion was art and music. She was a true musical genius. Of all her loves, the most was for her daughter Kate.
