Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife Teresa C. Garcia, his children Noe Garcia Jr., Noemi Solis, his grandchildren Brooklyn Solis, Kalista Solis, Landon Solis and Keirsten Solis. He is also survived by his sister Maria Pinales and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is now reunited with his parents David Garcia and Victoria E. Garcia, his siblings David Garcia Jr., Leonila Garcia, Victoria Garcia, and Juan Oscar Garcia.
Noe had a gift for working with his hands and a heart that found joy in creating for others. Making his house into a home, he often made birdhouses, swing sets, and patio tables for his grandchildren and family to enjoy while visiting. Those who knew Noe will remember his gentle spirit, his knack for storytelling, and his love of walking down memory lane. He was a hardworking man who began working at a young age and dedicated 31 years of his life to Gaylord Container, always ensuring his family was provided for. Though not a man of many words, Noe expressed his deep love and devotion through quiet actions and selfless gestures. He grew up Catholic and served as an altar boy in his youth. His faith remained strong throughout his life, shown in part through his generous support of missionaries and charitable causes. Now at peace, he is reunited with loved ones who passed before him, and he watches over those still here with the same quiet love and steady presence he gave in life.
A visitation for Noe will be held Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599. A chapel service will occur Monday, May 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM, followed by the interment at 11:00 AM, 6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78599.
