Rafael Mendez Palomares, age 74, of Edinburg, Texas passed away on Monday December 2, 2019. Rafael was born October 24, 1945.

Rafael is survived by; brother Manuel Mendez Palomares, sister Lilia Mendez Palomares, sister Maria Elena Guerrero Palomares, brother Candelario Guerrero Palomares and brother Andres Guerrero Palomares.

An ID Viewing for Rafael will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home. A cremation will occur.
