Ramon Arriaga Munoz

Ramon "El Maestro" Arriaga Muñoz passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022 in Weslaco. Ramon was born on December 17, 1952. Ramon loved working on cars, enjoyed drinking beer and spending time with his friends and family. He was a great working family man who loved to sing and dance, was humble and enjoyed making everyone laugh. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Rafaela Benitez de Arriaga and children: Cristina (Arturo), Dario and Jose Angel (Nereyda Benitez) Arriaga. He will also be greatly missed by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren He also survived by his sisters, Josefina Arriaga Muñoz, Matilde Ruiz, Graciela Hurtado, Maria A. Arriaga, Guadalupe Arriaga, Estela Garza and Hermila Arriaga Muñoz. Family will receive friends Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 1 pm to 11 pm with a religious service at 7 pm at Funeraria del Angel Highland in Weslaco. Cremation services will be held privately at Heavenly Grace Crematory in La Feria. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Funeraria del Angel Highland of Weslaco.
