Richard Rios Jr.

Richard will be lovingly remembered for the life he shared with those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on most deeply through his two beautiful daughters, Jazzlyn Nevaeh Palomares and Cataleya Elizet Rios, who will forever carry their father’s love in their hearts.

He leaves behind his parents, Lizette Tovar and Richard Rios, who will forever cherish the memories of their son. Richard is also survived by his beloved sister, Valeria Medrano, and his cherished niece and nephews, Armani, Ariella, and Aziah, who will carry his memory with them throughout their lives.

He is also lovingly remembered by his uncle, Lucio Noel Tovar, his aunt, Cassandra Tovar, his cousin Israel Isaiah Maldonado, and his maternal grandmother, Frances Tovar. His family was an important part of his life, and the memories they shared with him will remain treasured forever.

Richard now rests in the loving arms of Our Lord and is reunited with those who went before him, including his maternal grandfather, Lucio Tovar Jr., and his paternal grandparents, Antonio and Virginia Rios.

Though his time here was far too short, Richard’s life touched the hearts of those who loved him. His memory will live on through his daughters, his family, and all who were blessed to know him.
