Rosa enjoyed gardening, cooking and sewing.
She is survived by her husband Joaquin Dominguez Jr, her children; Mariselda Uresti (Abel Uresti Jr), Monica Dominguez Moreno (Guadalupe Moreno), Joaquin Dominguez III (Annie Torres), her grandchildren; Laura De La Rosa, Clarissa Riley, Abel Uresti Jr, Heidie Dominguez, Leandro Dominguez Jr, Victoria Dominguez, Lexy Martinez, Brandon Dominguez, Jeanlle Dominguez, Justin Dominguez, 5 great grandchildren and her only sister Delia Barrera Chavero.
Rosa is preceded in death by her parents, Ignacio Chavero, Brijida Salinas Chavero and her son Leandro Dominguez.
A visitation for Rosa will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A rosary will occur Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 9:00 AM. A burial will occur Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596.
