Rumaldo is survived by his siblings Noe Cisneros, Jose (Joe) G. Cisneros Jr., Javier Cisneros, Jesus Cisneros, Enedelia Vargas (Arturo Vargas) and Cynthia A. Gagnon (Steven C. Gagnon), 24 nephews and nieces, 28 great nephew and nieces and 6 6 great great nephews.
Rumaldo was preceded in death his parents, siblings: Irene Cisneros, Jaime, Dora Elia Valdez and Noel V. Cisneros and niece Sandra P. Lozano.
Visitation will be begin on Sunday, May 14, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland. A chapel service will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM, followed by the burial at 2:00 PM at Highland Memorial Park.
