Sergio P. Tamez, age 67, of Weslaco, Texas passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023. Sergio was born on January 2, 2023 to Hilario Tamez and Lilia Perales in Weslaco, Texas.

Sergio is survived by his wife, Palmira (Pam) Tamez; and his children Sergio Tamez Jr., Shaela Aleksandra Tamez, Joseph Tamez and Michael Aleksander Tamez.

A visitation for Sergio will be held Monday, January 30, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 N. FM 88 Weslaco, Texas 78596. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 1:00 PM, followed by the interment at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, Texas at 2:00 PM.
