Lizetta Posler

Lizetta Posler, (Nee Wittkowske), age 96, of Milwaukee, passed away Monday, September 3, 2012 at Camelot Castle Home Care of Greenfield. She was born on May 6, 1916 in Milwaukee WI to the late Bernard and Clara (nee Gunkel) Wittkowske and was united in marriage on May 11, 1963 to Edward Posler. They spent their time together enjoying polka and dancing, until Edward’s death in 1996. Lizetta later helped out at the House of Heileman on Big Cedar Lake, bartending and telling jokes. Lizetta was an excellent bowler and enjoyed traveling.

Lizetta is survived by two sons; Leon Visintainer of Lexington, SC, and Dennis Visintainer (Teresa) of Tampa, FL; 10 grandchildren, Mitchell (Cindy) Visintainer, Sherry Jefferson, Yvette (Vance) Olson, Renee (Joe) Horning, Darren (Miranda) Visintainer, Jason (Lillian) Visintainer, Stacy Keady (Matthew), Stephanie Visintainer, Michelle (Phil) Holloway and Nicole Visintainer. 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by seven sisters and brothers; ex-husband Leon Visintainer along with her daughter Sandra (Fred) Guyant.

A Memorial Service for Lizetta will be held on Friday September 7, 2012 at 1:00 pm at the Borgwardt’s Funeral Home, West Allis. Family will be receiving guests at 12:00 pm until time of service.
