Arsenio is survived by his spouse, Rosalie G Luna; his son Arsenio G. Luna IV; and his daughter Melisa L. Dela Merced; his sister MinaFlor L. Santos.

A visitation will occur Friday, September 23, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 2333 W Merced Ave, West Covina, California 91790. A graveside service will occur Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Rose Hils Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Road, Whittier, California 90601.
