Francisco is survived by his sister Ermila Lopez, his sister Anna Maria Castillo, his sister Frances Urzua, his sister Mary Munga, his brother Danny Lopez, his sister Mona Hernandez, his brother Lalo Lopez and his brother Tony Esquivel; his daugher Leticia Mena Garcia.

A rosary service will occur Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 2333 West Merced Ave, West Covina, CA 91790. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 2333 West Merced Ave, West Covina, CA 91790. A graveside service will occur Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM, 2333 West Merced Ave, West Covina, CA 91790.
Francisco will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery, 966 N Potrero Grande Dr, Rosemead, CA 91770.
