Frank "Kiki" Baltazar passed on July 12, 2026, at the age of 89, and was a resident of La Puente, California.

Kiki is survived by Consuelo Baltazar, Linda, Frankie, Anthony, Bobby, Frank, Richard, and James, and Mr. Baltazar also leaves behind 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren to cherish his memory.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Louis of France Catholic Church, 13935 E Temple Ave, La Puente, CA 91746, on August 14, 2026, at 11:00 am, followed by a Graveside Service at Resurrection Cemetery, 966 N. Potrero Grande Dr, Rosemead, CA 91770, on August 14, 2026, at 12:30 pm.

A Reception will take place at VFW Post 8620 West Covina, 2328 W Merced Ave, West Covina, CA 91790, on August 14, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
