Genevieve Martha Smith, 84, of Hacienda Heights, California, passed away on July 8, 2026. Born on December 4, 1941, Genevieve lived a life marked by steady dedication, quiet strength, and a deep regard for others that was felt in both large and small ways.
Throughout her years, Genevieve was known for her hard work and steadfast resilience—meeting life with determination, and carrying herself with a wisdom shaped by experience. She was an honest presence and a thoughtful soul, offering guidance with care and giving of herself with a generosity that asked for little in return. Above all, she was devoted to those she loved, and she will be remembered as a beloved woman whose influence will remain close to the hearts of many.
Genevieve is survived by her children, Ralph, Christina, Jennifer, and Jerry Jr. She was preceded in death by her son, David.
She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Genevieve is survived by her siblings Judy, Eddie, and Mary Helen, and was preceded in death by her brother Julian (Pino).
