Papi I miss you so much and I understand that your are in heaven now. But I miss you, I thank God that he chose you to be my father... you have model to us the true meaning of love... I  hope and pray that I could be just the same to my family.

Unconditional love, the strength in being humble, the value of family, just a few of the life lessons that I picked up from Miguel. These same characteristics of Miguel will always be with us; he made sure to pass these on to his boys, who now share them with his grandchildren. Though we are heartbroken at not being able to say I love you again in person, solace can be found in knowing that he lives on through our loving family memories.
