Ramon “El Bronco” Moreno, 62, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his familia and relatives on Saturday, February 16, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Gloria, his two children Louis Ramon (26) and Marcela Victoria (28), and his brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law, and his furry family: Yoshi, Pachuco and Katrina.
Ramon was born and raised in Zacatecas, Mexico with his Aunt & Uncle and cousins. As a teen he made his journey to the United States, where he reunited with his Mother, Step-Father, and younger brothers. As a young adult he was a great mentor to his younger brothers; they shared many fun adventures.
His love for music and dance led him to Folklorico Dancing where he became an instructor and mentor for the Folklorico Dance Group . In Folklorico, he met his wife, Gloria. They became partners in dance and then they became partners in life on June 25, 1988. They were blessed with a daughter, Marcela on June 29, 1990 and a son, Louis on September 28, 1992. Ramon and his familia enjoyed traveling and spending time with their relatives. His familia shared lots of memorable moments together.
Ramon enjoyed life and did not take it too seriously. He loved learning about new cultures and trying new things. No matter what life threw at him; he always looked for the positive outcome. He happily would help you with anything any way he could. He made many connections and impacted many lives. The love he had for people and for this world was shown through the many people who were by his side in his final moments of life. He is remembered by the memorable and heartwarming moments he left behind.
