Blake Monroe Frettim, born March 2, 2014 in Des Moines, passed away March 23, 2014 at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at McLaren’s Chapel in West Des Moines with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
Blake is survived by his parents, Joshua and Tiffany Frettim of Norwalk; sister, Brooke Frettim of Norwalk; grandparents, Dave and Janine Frettim of Stuart and Bob and Debbie Cotten of Norwalk; great-grandparents, Nadine Nagle of Des Moines, Harold and Marlene Frettim of Adair, Frank Cotten of Des Moines and Bob Clark of Haines City, FL; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
