Bonnie G. Birmingham, 74, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston. A Memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Monday, August 31, 2015 at McLaren’s Chapel with inurnment at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
Bonnie was born April 11, 1941 in Marshalltown, IA. She worked for Ingram Entertainment as an outbound sales representative and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Bonnie enjoyed reading, cooking, sewing, doing crafts, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ron Birmingham; five children, Edward (Linda) Birmingham, Tina Brown, Terry (Joelyn) Birmingham, Becky (Mike) Carter and Beth Birmingham; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Gary (Mary) Campbell; sisters, Camille Beverage, Carla (Jim) McAfee and Lori (Mike) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar Evans and Marion A. (McClure) Campbell; twin sons, Randy and Richy Birmingham; granddaughter, Amber Birmingham.
