Born in Omaha, NE, Derrith attended Marian High School and Creighton University in Omaha, NE, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Derrith traveled the world with her family the past 21 years, making lifelong memories with and for her family. Derrith loved to be in relationship with people and lived life as Jesus did, with unconditional love for everyone. She will be the one in heaven “talking her fool head off”, playing cards and board games with Jesus and the angels, making deep friendships, drinking coffee, encouraging and supporting others, and rounding up the kids, nieces, and nephews for fun activities. She is excited to meet her dear friend, Jesus Christ. Derrith is a Christian not because she tells you so, but how she treats you and lives her life with love.

She is also survived by her parents, Dick and Jan Loneman, brothers, Marty (Lisa) Loneman and Kelly (Molly) Loneman; sisters, Sara (John) Nemo and Meghann (Lucas) Frey; grandmother, Jeanne Martin; father and mother-in -law, James and Cheryl Murphy; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeremy (Mimi) Murphy, Michael (Brenda) Murphy, Shawn Hazzard, Bridget (Steve) Tennes, Patty (Tracy) Lichty, and Gretchen (Eric) Jones.
