Harold “Ronnie” Robertson, 76 passed away May 19, 2018 in Des Moines. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 24, 2018, at McLaren’s Chapel in West Des Moines with burial at Avon Cemetery in Des Moines. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at McLaren’s.

Ronnie was born January 19, 1942 to Von and Bessie (Squires) Robertson in Commerce, IA. He lived all his life in Commerce and West Des Moines. Ronnie was a truck driver and worked for several companies in the Des Moines area.

Ronnie is survived by his three children, Tammy Sue (Wendell) Russo, Kimberly Rhiner, and Ron (Jennifer) Robertson; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Anne; parents; siblings, Laura Nichols, Thelma Wright, Viola Ashdown, Pearl Hockett, Wanda Overton, LaVerne Lamb, Virginia Overton and Vaughn Robertson, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Maryann; parents; siblings, Laura Nichols, Thelma Wright, Viola Ashdown, Pearl Hockett, Wanda Overton, LaVerne Lamb, and Vaughn Robertson, Jr.
