Jayne Ann Miner

A lifelong Des Moines resident, Jayne attended Valley High School and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University. Throughout her working career with IMT Insurance and Hy-Vee, she was a dedicated employee and always persevered in her responsibilities. Jayne enjoyed mission trips with Lutheran Church of Hope, along with making a difference in the lives of others through volunteer work at JOPPA.

She is survived by her two sisters, Linda Walker (Robert) and Nancy Gamble (Arthur). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Andrew Walker (Cassie), Joseph Gamble (Katherine), Lacey Donels (Eric), Eric Walker (Jessica), Patrick Gamble (Kaitlyn), Sarah Determan (Sean), twelve great nieces and nephews, numerous cousins and dear friend, Robert Gorden.

At the time of her death she was living at Silvercrest at the Woodlands in Clive. We'd like to thank the staff at Silvercrest and Unity Point Hospice for their loving care.

In honor of Jayne, memorials in her name may be made to JOPPA (Homeless Resource Center).
