Joan Kozina, 54, passed away January 6, 2014 at Mercy West Lakes in West Des Moines. Entombment will take place at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI with a memorial service at a later date also in Wisconsin.
Joan was born August 14, 1959 to Thomas and Donna Kozina in Milwaukee, WI. She is the mother of Tom Woodard.
