Louis A. Bertrand, 96, died March 9, 2015. Mr. Bertrand was born in Salix, IA and had lived in the Des Moines Area since 1949. He was employed for many years by the Rock Island Motor Transit Company before starting a Traffic Consultant firm which he maintained until his retirement. No services are planned.
Louis is survived by his wife, Mary Helen, two brothers and one sister. He was preceded in death by his son, Craig.
