Patrick J. Breese

Patrick Jon Breese, 56, of Indianola, passed away September 5, 2013 at Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. A Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013 at McLaren's Chapel in West Des Moines.

Pat was born April 11, 1957 in Duluth, MN to James and Nadine (Meador) Breese. He graduated from DMACC with a degree in Heavy Equipment Technology. Patrick began his working career as a mechanic for the City of Des Moines and ended with owning his own residential construction company, Breese's Better Bid. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, music, and most of all his family and friends.

Pat is survived by his mother, Frances Nadine Losee; son, Patrick Jon Breese, Jr.; two daughters, Jennifer Meranda (Mike Pagano, Jr.) Pagano and Anna Alexandra Breese; three grandchildren, Kylie Breese, Alyssa Sikes and David Sikes; four brothers, Steve (Irene) Breese, Allen James (Debbie) Breese, George (Tracy) Losee and Jackie Losee; three sisters, Kitty Breese-Wheate, Becky Losee and Jodi (Rob) Knause; sister-in-law, Raelynn Breese and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, David Allen Sikes, Jr.; father, James Wallace Breese; step-father, Jack Leroy Losee and two brothers, Jimmy Breese and Mike Breese.
