Dear Kate,
You gave a wonderful tribute to your grandmother at her funeral last week. Your sincere words were from the heart and touched me.
I was a neighbor of your grandparents and remember you as an adorable little girl who occasionally came over while Myles shot baskets in our driveway. I am so sorry for the loss of your very special Grandmother.

I went through school with Nancy and her dad was my dentist. Her mom was always on hand for us as kids.
I lost my mom this summer, too. Our prayers are with you and your family. Nothing makes it easy.

I was so sorry to read of your mom's passing, Nancy and Pete. I loved, loved, loved looking at all those pictures in your photo gallery! Whoever compiled that did a wonderful job! That's just how I remember her with those big glasses and that wonderful smile and it was nice to see pics of your kids over the years too. Anyway, you have my deepest sympathy, but it was sure great that you were able to have your mom in your lives for 60+ years and she was able to watch your kids grow up and get married. Take Care, Sandy Shay Todd
