

Ronnie was born October 29, 1921, in Fort Bragg, NC, the daughter of Milton and Marjorie Wroe. She moved to Des Moines in her youth and attended Lincoln High School. Ronnie married Jerome E. Wolf in 1950. She was a member of Temple B'Nai Jeshurun, and was past president of the Temple Sisterhood. She was also involved in many philanthropic activities, including fundraising efforts for the United Way and the Science Center of Iowa. She had also been a member of the Art Center and the Wakonda Club, where she was an avid golfer.
Ronnie is survived by three sons, Raymond Wolf (Nita Wolf) of Taos, New Mexico, Edward Wolf (Mary Wolf) of Chicago, Illinois, and David Wolf (Winifred Moranville Wolf) of Des Moines, Iowa. She is also survived by grandchildren, Grace Wolf, Julia Wolf, David Wolf, Daniel Wolf, and Laura Wolf Birlingmair, as well as two great-grandchildren, Josh Birlingmair and Jack Birlingmair.
Ronnie was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Duggins Wroe; and sister, Hilda Henely.
