Sherry L. Ruppe-Brown, 60, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Per Sherry’s wishes she will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Sherry was born March 1, 1951 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was a School Teacher for 33 years and ended her career with Des Moines Public Schools.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Mike Brown of West Des Moines; daughter, Tara Brown of West Des Moines; sister, Lori (Mike) McCombs of Urbandale and mother, Dolores Ruppe of Urbandale. She was preceded in death by her father, Emery Ruppe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Bright Kavanagh House.
