Eunice lived for many years in Columbia, Connecticut. After retiring, she joined her daughter in her Harwich Port home. Eunice loved the ocean and summers on the beach with her grandchildren! Eunice also loved traveling with her family to Europe, California and Hawaii.
She also loved her “Florida” home with John and Trudy, enjoying her new friendships there with so many wonderful friends calling her “Mom” too. She loved to read and daily crossword puzzles were never far from her reach. Her 95th birthday was a cause for a celebration with all 27 family members attending in Florida to surprise her! They were joined by 30 friends to celebrate with dinner, “Life with Me Mom”, Nana stories and much laughter.
Eunice will be remembered as a most loving and kind Grandma. She was so proud of her family. Our family feels blessed to have had her in our lives, to share her as our mom, a grandma, a great grandma and a dear friend to many. Eunice……………you will be greatly missed.

When I was a little girl, I remember Eunice always insisted that I get the triple scoop ice cream cone at the local cape Dairy Queen! Even though she knew it was more than I could handle, she never fussed about the sticky chocolate cream trail that followed me from the porch into the house. As simple as it sounds, this is special to me because Linda carries this tradition through her mom by keeping life's sticky messes in perspective as she gives love and support to every person in her life. I am eternally grateful to Eunice for being the beautiful and loving mother that she was to Linda, because that is the mother that Linda has been to me.
With all my love and support,

Lunches and dinners with Eunice were always fun. She loved her one glass of wine! She never claimed to be a wine connoisseur but she was very good at distinguishing the different types. Many times at the wine tasting parties...she was correct! Eunice had a beautiful smile and a happy personality. I loved to hear her laugh! She will be missed by all who had the good fortune to know her.❤️
