Leo F. Adley Jr., 61, of Harwich passed away peacefully December 15, 2011. Leo created a successful insurance company with Pete Chotkowski after retiring as a Math teacher at Kennedy Jr High in Randolph MA. He was a graduate of Boston State College; Leo appreciated the peace of Cape Cod, gardening and companionship of his dog Nakita. He was the loving son of the late Frances (Peterson) Adley and Leo Adley Sr; and is survived by his siblings, Carol Olick of East Providence, R.I., John M of North Kingstown, R.I., Nancy Early of Pawtucket, R.I., nieces Jenifer Early, Melissa Adley, Lauren Adley, Kristen McGuire (Olick), nephews Charles Early, John Patrick Adley, James Olick Jr, and Great Nephew Connor Olick. Leo will be laid to rest Tuesday, December 20, 2011. 9 a.m. Viewing at Doane Beal & Ames in West Harwich MA and services will be at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church in Harwich, MA. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may make a donation in Leo’s memory to Hospice.

We got to know and love Leo at Cape cod hospital through the last years. He was a great guy and we were so saddened to learn of his passing.

There were hundreds of childhood memories and endless laughter with Leo. We grew up all close friends but parted as the years went on. Our sadness to the family at Leo's death. He was a friend.
