Margrethe Claudius Michelsen

Margrethe "Tonni" Michelsen, 88, passed away peacefully at her home in East Harwich on September 19, 2022. Tonni was born in Fredensborg, Denmark in 1934 and immigrated to the US with her family at age 14. Tonni was a devoted mother, artist, gardener, lover of nature, and explorer of spiritual streams of thinking. Tonni is survived by her four sons, Gregory (Karla) Clausen, Peter, Lars, and Claus (Julia) Michelsen, four grandchildren, Lindsey (Daniel) Sojkowski, Alexander (Jaclyn) Clausen, Conner and Kai Michelsen, and four great-grandchildren, Austen, Elliot, and Genevieve Sojkowski and Lilia Clausen. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Eldredge Public Library of Chatham Massachusetts are appreciated
