Palmer was born March 1, 1958, in Manhattan and spent most his life on Long Island. He graduated Lawrence High School in 1976, and obtained degrees from both SUNY Oneonta and Virginia Tech. He worked as a financial analyst, consultant, and food and beverage professional. He relocated to West Dennis, MA, and embraced the Cape Cod life. He loved math, music, golfing, cooking and good friends.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Farrington, and his two sisters, Elizabeth Wilson Farrington and Melissa Anne Farrington.
He is preceded in death by his father, Palmer D’Ashby Farrington.
