Richard Magliocca Comeau

Richard (Rick) Magliocca Comeau died on Marcg 6, 2011. Rick is survived by his beloved wife Jeanine, his beloved children Richard Jr. and wife Heather, Ryan,Jordan and his cherished grandson Richard III. Rick is also survived by his parents Anthony and Josephine, brother Chris, sister Mary Cooke and her husband Don, sister Lisa Cannata and her husband Larry, his beautiful nieces and nephews, Lauren Ashley, Alyssa and Justin, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Rick was a graduate of Blackstone Valley Tech High School 1975, and proudly served a total of six years in the Coast Guard and Coast Guard Reserves. He worked for many years as a heat engineer and gas-pipe fitter. Rick was a deeply caring, kind soul with an enormous heart and a ready smile. He was always there to lend a hand or offer a shoulder to anyone in need. Rick loved his beautiful family, many dear relatives and dear friends. He loved the Cape, the Red Sox and music, as he was also an accomplished piano player. Rick had a wonderful ability to laugh and delight in the small everyday things that make up a life: cuddling with his grandson; sharing a homecooked meal every evening with his wife; hanging out with his loyal dog Katie Cakes. Rick will be so very missed but never forgotten. He is now at rest and tucked deeply in the hearts of all who knew him. Visiting hours will be held at the Doane Beal & Ames Funeral home 260 Main St (RT28) West Harwich on Monday march 14 from 2-5pm. Memorial Service and Interment will be held at a later date
