I'm so sad. We shared a lot of good times as kids. Baseball games in the side yard of the parsonage when we lived there. We put on plays when we found an old trunk in the barn that was out back full of costumes, plays we mostly made up ourselves. We build a "fort" next to the barn out of scrap wood and nails from construction sites that we straightened by hand (it was a cool fort too, two stories). We played in the field at Brooks Academy and in their old barn too. He was a year behind me in school. Michael was a year ahead.

Wow, I'm kinda gobsmacked here.

So very sad to learn the news of Steven's passing. He was a wonderful friend, HHS class of '70 classmate and a gentle soul. May he rest well in the arms of the angels, and may you all bask in the memories of love, laughter and sunshine. We send our love, our sympathy and prayers for you to have the strength to endure the sad times----from Betsy and Mark xo

Evan and I remember the trip to the worlds fair we took with Barbara and Stephen. We rented an RV, a new experience for all of us and had a wonderful time.
Condolences to all of the family - I think of you often, with love. And I miss your mother so much.

Steve and I worked together at Gerry Studds office in Hyannis for about 8 or 9 years. We had some laughs between hard work , needed as a relief from the “heavy” stuff that we dealt with every day. He was intelligent and very kind hearted, and quick to solve constituent’s problems in a creative way.
Definitely not fair for him to pass at such a young age !!!!!😥😥😥
