Agnes F. Schaefer

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert F. Schaefer and her sons; Robert C. and Kenneth A. Schaefer.

She is survived by her loving daughters; Deidre A. Struble and Sharonlee F. Zitrin, grandsons; Robert, Christopher and Kenneth, granddaughters; Krysta, Amber and Devin and her great-grandchildren; Tyler, Destiny, Kayson, Saylor, Jocelyn and Christopher.

Mrs. Schaefer was active for many years with various charitable organizations and a regular visitor at a local Veteran’s Home enriching the residents’ lives with her company and kind words. She was an avid reader, student of astrology, a talented sewer as well as a crafter. Until just a few years ago she continued to work at the election polls.

Interment at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, New York. Donations may be made in her name to the American Lung Association, Northeast or American Heart Association, New York.
