Beverly was a true and dear friend.  She was the sister I never had.  We always enjoyed talking on the phone and having lunches and dinners together.  I met Ann, Charlie and Blanche through Beverly.  When we would get together for a meal she would often ask if she could invite her Mom and Ann to join us.  I would always say yes.  Beverly was always a person who thought more about others than just herself,  Every September 7 I still celebrate her birthday.  🎂 I will always remember Beverly, her beautiful smile and her kind words.

I only met Beverly a few times; we were in hillel. I had a tremendous crush on her. It never fully went away.  She had this quality about her. I had rigged a dance so that I could dance with her. I think she suspected. This was in the mid to late eighties.  The dance was interrupted.  She promised me a rain check but I never got it. I went on to live my life. Beverly was only here for a short time , but she mattered. 

I wish I had met Beverly. I've heard again and again from others of her kindness and warmth. God bless her for being such a good person and close friend to Barry. My deepest sympathy to her family and her many friends. Wishing comfort and tranquility for all.

Beverly walked very gently on the Earth but left a big impression on all who knew her for even a short while. She was spiritually evolved and endured personal setbacks bravely for a long time. Her personal connection with Hashem was and is very strong and she expressed to me her love and gratitude toward Hashem for all blessings given to her thru out her life. She didn't fulfill her earthly aspirations-to be a wife, a mother and social worker, but she was a very good person who made a difference in many people's lives and she cared for her mother devotedly and selflessly--a true mensch.

We were heartbroken to learn of Beverly's passing. She was a very generous and beautiful young woman.  We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness towards our mother, Pearl.  We will always remember her kind ways and we will miss her.

While I only met you one time when you were in Chicago with Barry I knew you were a very good-hearted, giving, kind person and very devoted to Judaism.  I also know you were a very special friend to Barry.  May the Almighty console you among the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.  May your family know of no more sorrow.

Bracha was a devoted Jew whose spiritual journey was so very full including celebrating Shabbat many weeks with us at our synagogue, lighting Shabbat candles most Fridays and giving 10% of her earnings to charity. She was always eager to lend a hand and volunteer for whatever tasks needed to be done and she did it willingly, with a smile, without expecting in return. From the small children to the elderly, Beverly made an impression as a gentle, loving person and she will be very sorely missed.

We miss your true beauty - from your eyes all the way to the depths of the sweetness of your soul. May you spirit dance and your light shine forever!
