I got to know Brad over the last year. He was a kind and generous person. I will always remember him looking out for me. On Friday July 24th, we walk the jobsite for a project we are working on and the whole time he was smiling and in good spirit. I remember when I did not have my hard hat on, he said "You need to go get your hard hat. I am trying to make sure you go back to your kids". Later on I took my mask off to hydrate and he repeated the same thing to me. He said "Vlad-put your mask on, i am making sure that you are safe because you have kids at home". I can't believe that was the last time I was going to see him. I am miss and will continue to miss you bro. I still don't want to believe the news hoping that was a joke. As the day goes by, I realized that it is not so. I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet and work with you! I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Laing Family.
Job 14:14 " If a man dies, can he live again? I will wait all the days of my compulsory service. Until my relief comes." (new world translation)
Hope we all can gain some comfort from reading this verse.

Brad, I will always remember you. I know since Best Buy days we haven’t spoken but I will always remember the times we had. You listened to my crazy stories. Gave me advice when I needed it. When I would come into work, I would go in the back just to see if you were in because I knew if you were there with the boys, we were going to have fun and laugh. You were quiet but so gentle and loved to laugh and I will always remember that. I will always remember you. Your family was blessed to have you and I know you made them so proud. You were always there to lend a hand and your kindness to me and the people around you will always be felt. I’m sorry this happened to you and I wish I could talk to you one more time but I know you are in good hands. I know God is so lucky to have you up there with him. Please wrap your arms around your family and friends and let us know you are with us. Brad you were a sweet soul and I will never forget you. I thank God that I was able to know a genuine person like you. Thank you for your presence and the memories we made. Now you have fun up there in Heaven! We will see each other and you better be ready for my jokes. Sleep well..
