To the family of Daniel. Your loss is my loss. I Loved and still love Daniel as a son. "Let he who has not sinned cast the first stone." I only knew Daniel for about 3 years and in the 3 years , I knew that he had a kind and gentle spirit, a quiet soul but a good one. Daniel was a man of ambition and in our last conversation, he was looking up and forward to his future endeavors, as a matter of fact, he said, "I wish they would hurry Up and do something." He was a shining star and brought much pleasure and contentment to my life and for that I Thank him.
I will see you again, because I know you are with the Highest and I know that you loved me in your own special way.
It was such a delight knowing you Daniel. There will never be another soul as sweet as yours.
Until we meet again. I LOVE YOU. DARCELL

Daniel my dear friend! It feels like yesterday you shared with me your decision to move to the DMV. And of course your famous response Ms. Richards this will be the move of a lifetime. We shared so much, hopes, dreams, fashion, our past, family struggles and the list goes on. I knew the day we met at FCS our lives were forever connected like the true Pisces we are. But today I tell myself, God knew this world didn’t deserve a bright shining star and He called you home sooner. I know we’ll meet again. I’ll think of you often and hear your quick witty comebacks and laughter. Funny enough only you know how to brighten up a room, bring laughter to sad days and have the perfect response for my madness. Daniel Jordan Grimes thank you for your passion, love, big smile and giving heart. Thank you for being my friend and little brother. I will forever miss You ❤️
