Deborah Miceli, of Kansas City, Missouri, born July 6, 1941 passed away peacefully in her home in West Palm Beach, Florida on September 26, 2026. She was a dedicated high school English teacher for nearly 40 years, most recently at Forest Hill Community High School before her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her father, Fritz Hockaday; mother, Astrid Norwick; husband, James Miceli, and son Nicholas Miceli.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Miceli, grandchildren; Elizabeth Miceli, Silas Jennings, Britney Miceli, James Miceli and one great grandchild Briggs Terceira.
She will be forever loved and missed by family and friends. Memorial services will be held at a future date in Belton, Missouri.
