Diane Long Weeks

Diane Long Weeks went to her eternal home on August 22, 2024, she was lovingly greeted in heaven by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and without a doubt welcomed with open arms by her beloved daughter Debra “Debbie” Lynn Weeks.

Diane was born June 30th 1944 in Batesville, Indiana to the late Wallace Long and Bernice Long. She resided in West Palm Beach most of her life and was a devout member of First Baptist Church of West Palm Beach now Family Church, where she served the lord and community for 40 plus years. Diane worked for First Federal and Fidelity Federal in loan servicing industry for 30 plus years.

Diane loved to travel the world. She has visited 25 countries, she also loved Disney World and did not miss a chance to visit “Mickey” with her family. She loved taking cruises with her family and exploring the areas together. These cruises hold such special memories of love, card games and laughs for her family. Diane spent many summers traveling the United States with her family and visiting many states.

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted and loving husband of 58 years, Donald Leonard Weeks; her beloved and cherished son David Weeks, an adopted daughter in love Stacey Hazzard (Donald) ; Grandchildren Eli Weeks, Bradley Weeks, Nicole (Trey) Varn, and Natalie Hazzard ; Great Grandchildren Analynne Varn (5), Odin Varn (2), and new born Isla Varn. Her Late Brother Johnny (Janie) Long, Very Special Nieces Janet Long, Julie (Steve) Vanderbosch and Special Nephew Jerry (Lisa) Long.

After watching dementia steal her memories and while we are sad that her bodily presence is no longer here, we rejoice in knowing that her mind and her memories have been fully restored.

A Celebration of Life will be held on September 7th 2024, 11:00 A.M. at Quattlebaum Funeral Home at Hillcrest Memorial Park 6411 Parker Ave. West Palm Beach, Florida 33405.
