Dear Judy and Dale and Cousin Sanford,

My deepest sadness at the news of Estelle's passing.  I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach your family for a few years now; spoke to Sanford on the phone shortly after my Dad's passing and could never reach him again or locate a correct address. I was traveling when my brother Robert told me the news of your mother and couldn't use the computer much till now (weeks later). Estelle took care of me when I lived in Syracuse....like immediate family, and I recall now that I scarcely thanked her and feel terrible about that. Our earlier family visits to Rochester were always warm and welcoming, and I grieve deeply that there was not more bonding and happy occasions for the whole LaVine family that way. 
If you would care to reach me I would be so deeply honored....
