Evelyn B. McBrayer

Evelyn went home to be with Jesus on July 1, 2022. She was 95. Evelyn was born in West Palm Beach where she was loved and raised by Lillie and Earl Withrow. She graduated from Palm Beach High School. Evelyn retired from Bell South as an Assistant Dial Office Administrator in 1984. Always a faithful servant, she was a long time member of Northwood (Village) Baptist Church where she and her husband, Mac, raised their three sons. Evelyn attended 1st Baptist Church of Blairsville Georgia for many years during retirement. She enjoyed cooking, serving others, and gardening. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Mac, of 52 years. She is survived by her children, Jim(Marie), Ron(Cheri), Lynn(Susan), 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2-great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Evelyn’s memory to Florida Baptist Children’s Home or 1st Baptist Church Blairsville, Blairsville, Georgia.

A visitation will be held Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Royal Palm Funeral Home, 5601 Greenwood Avenue, West Palm Beach, Fl. 33407. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will occur at 3:15 PM at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 5601 Greenwood Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33407. Services are entrusted to Royal Palm Funeral Home.
