

Francisco Cajina, MD, age 76 of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on February 7, 2012. Mr. Cajina was born on April 1, 1935 in Nicaragua to the late Ignacio Cajina and the late Carmen (nee Benavidez) Cajina. Francisco moved to the United States of America in 1987 with his family coming from Managua, Nicaragua. He was a devout Catholic and loved his Lord & Savior with all his might. He loved to read, listen to music and watch comedy movies and was a great husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Cajina was the mayor and doctor for the National Guard of Nicaragua and practiced at the Military Hospital and the Fernando Velez Paiz Hospital before he came to the United States. One fact about Mr. Cajina was that he was always prompt and on time, never late for an appointment or event. He will be sorely missed by all those whom knew and loved him!
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Cajina; sons, Cesar A. Cajina and Oscar D. Cajina; daughter-in-law, Yamileth Cajina; daughter, Carolina Cajina; brother, Jorge Cajina; sister-in-law, Esperanza Cajina; and five grandchildren, Oscar E. Cajina, Lorena Cajina, Yamileth Cajina, Marcello Cajina and Rosa Carolina Cajina.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday at the funeral home with Father Gabriel Ghanoum the officiant.
